We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm MST. Orders placed after 3pm MST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
Due to the nature of the products we offer, we are unable to accept any returns on products delivered in-person or via carrier. If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We reserve the right to deny replacements for parts damaged in shipping three days after the delivery date.
Returns are not the same as warranty claims. If you have an issue with a part that is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, you can learn how to file a claim on the defective part at theincredibowl.com/warranty.
We do our best to prevent and identify duplicate orders as they happen. If you are charged more than once for the same order, contact email@example.com to arrange a refund on the duplicate charges. Note that credit card submissions made in error may be authorized multiple times but only captured once; in this case, we never received funds for those transactions and have no way of expediting the return of the funds. We recommend contacting your bank or credit card company.
If you receive duplicate shipments, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to generate a RMS number and arrange for a carrier to retrieve the duplicate shipment. We cannot process a refund until the duplicate shipment has been received in our warehouse.
Please do not send your purchase back without first obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after five business days, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If they report issues with the refund, contact email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
